As a Senior UX Consultant, I serve as the Technical Design Lead for enterprise-scale digital transformations, focusing currently on the VW Group (Elli) e-mobility ecosystem. I bridge the gap between high-level product strategy and technical execution by architecting scalable design systems, tokens, and component libraries. Recently, I have been leading the transition to the Elli 2.0 dashboard, driving a contemporary "Clean White" design language across the platform. My role involves simplifying complex e-mobility user journeys—such as bidirectional charging and MSP voucher workflows—while navigating complex stakeholder matrices. By ensuring rigorous formal handovers and seamless developer collaboration, I help cross-functional teams move from concept to execution with speed and precision.
