As a Lead UX Consultant, I serve as the Technical Design Lead for enterprise-scale digital transformations, currently driving core digital banking workstreams within the Nedbank ecosystem. I bridge the gap between high-level product strategy and technical execution by architecting scalable design systems, managing complex token structures, and building high-fidelity component libraries. Recently, I have been driving the design strategy and delivery for key digital banking touch points across the platform. My role involves simplifying complex financial user journeys across diverse client segments—including our private wealth, standard, and youth clusters—while navigating complex stakeholder matrices. By testing interactive prototypes with real users, ensuring rigorous formal handovers, and fostering seamless developer collaboration within Agile environments, I help cross-functional teams move from concept to execution with speed and precision.
